Good to hear that your settings will be default. I like the idea of a 'lock and load' animation - much more proffesional looking than the current 'idle' animation. I will look forward to seeing more of your 'interesting ideas', I really think that the work you are doing on this will pay off in enhanced game experience.

I'd like to see in RR better M.E.R.C mercenaries because:
-There isn't any good mercenarie who you can take on start
-You need to hire those idiots like Biff, Flo or Gumpy to have mercenaries like Cougar or Numb :].
-Acceptable will be to have a new mercenaries. (In M.E.R.C of course)

yes i hope for an at the least "different" game atmosphere. whether or not it is enhancement or not is up to the users to evaluate. In the beginning, overwriting the bodytype means a loss of detail first, as i currently replace some 3 or 4 animations with the lock and load animation. So it will be weird seing your mercs do that all the time :okulary:

RR uses 1.13 mod engine where you can select to hire all MERC guys from day1. You can also get very good new recruitables early on. In former San Mona alone, there can be up to at 4 recruitables, so if you want more manpower, that's a good place to look for them (only 2 of them are always there, but can be up to 4)

Yes but you know for example Biff is totaly ... maybe give them better inteligence and shooting. It will be good for them because with better shooting you can send them to battle because i didn't see Biff in a 1st line of fire :].

Any news on RR??

and about mercenaries from MERC- I think that some of them should be re-edited, since Gumpy, for instance, has electronics specialisation, but at the same time mechanics skill value equalling 0. Doesn't make much sense.
