Wigen asked us to step by and here we are! The Team of JA:F has reached Poland now as it seems. So if you have any questions, feel free to ask them. You can also ask in your native language but please keep in mind that we'll use Google translate to read your question and can answer in English only (right now we have no one in the team who's able to speak Polish). So it might get funny sometimes :)

Heh, well, Google Translate makes it easier these days. But in terms of localization... we'll keep the files quite open so it'll be pretty easy for you to translate it ;)

What are the chances that Jagged Alliance: Flashback will be published in the Polish language version?

Awesome to see you reaching the kickstarter's limits, we have big hopes for this game. The JA:BiA wasn't a bad game, but BitCom did a poor job with many features, lacking dialogue with fans which is essential when you restoring legendary series back to life.
I hope you won't make that mistakes:D

My question(s):

Weapons. We all know how important they are in games and in mercenary game, they are defining the quality of battles.

Are you planing to buy licences, so we would use real named weapons?
Are you planning to describe each model with funny quotes, like "it's a hell ugly gun, but on contrary it deals even more ugly wounds?"
Are you planning to do 2d drawed models as weapon's avatars(hurray), or going to put 3d screens from game(meh) ?

We will keep the translations in an open structure so languages which are not supported right from the beginning can also be added by other people if they want to.

1) Probably not as these are quite impossible to get. However the names will be open to edit ;)
2) Yes. Not all will be funny, some will be mad as well ;)
3) Prbly the first option actually.
